The book consists of affirmations of attraction which I really enjoy because our mind is what we think. There is nothing better than starting the day reciting these precious affirmations of abundance and gratitude to the universe. This audiobook has strengthened my self-esteem by listening to the fantastic narrator so peacefully, and I have learned that we have to appreciate everything within our reach. Highly recommend it!’

Started listening to this for a few minutes at a time in the morning and saw my days transform! I love that each chapter has its own goal or theme, I can choose what intention I want to set for the day and listen to that chapter. The narrator keeps me present in the moment, very cool accent that I can’t place, it’s perfect for a book like this.’

I’ve bought a lot of affirmation books so maybe I’m a little biased. The narrator has a nice calming voice and I use these before bed (or sometimes on the way to a hard days work). It says for women and I can understand that but affirmations are for all and I like this one because it focuses on the good things, feeling thankful for my abundant life right now.’
